1. Engagement & Service Agreements

Information on this website serves as a general capability overview. Formal client engagements commence only upon mutual execution of a formal Statement of Work (SOW), detailing specific campaign deliverables, KPIs, timelines, payment schedules, and responsibilities.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All brand assets, website designs, custom code, copy, and visual media developed specifically for a client become the intellectual property of the client upon receipt of full contractual payment, unless specified otherwise in the engagement agreement.

3. Third-Party Advertising & Platform Dependencies

Seekmetrix manages and optimizes campaigns across third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok. While we adhere to industry best practices, changes to third-party ad policies, platform downtime, or external algorithmic shifts are outside Seekmetrix's direct liability.
